Q: Can I use my Prepaid MasterCard Card like my other credit
cards?
A: Yes, you can — Your SignatureLife Preferred Member
Prepaid MasterCard can be used at millions of locations worldwide
where MasterCard Debit Cards are accepted. You can take out
cash from millions of ATMs worldwide, pay bills online
and use direct pay, perform online purchases such as booking travel, and
anything else that uses or requires a credit/debit card.

Q: When I get my Prepaid MasterCard card how do I load
money on it?
A: There are several easy and convenient ways available
to you 24 hours a day — Online in your Members area,
via a Green Dot MoneyPak, by live phone customer support,
transfer from any Banking account, and through ACH.
Q: Will I have to pay interest on my SignatureLife Preferred
Member Prepaid MasterCard®?
A: There is no interest or other such fees charged on the
card.
Q: What kind of mobile phone do I need for mFunds Mobile
Phone Banking Solution?
A: Virtually any mobile phone can be used — Flip
phones, smart phones, and PDAs.
Q: Who can apply for a SignatureLife Preferred Member
Prepaid MasterCard?
A: Enrollees whom select Plan 2 when they sign up
are Guaranteed a SignatureLife Preferred Member Prepaid
MasterCard® with their name on it … With unlimited
access to mFunds Mobile Banking included Free! Anyone
in the U.S. over 18 years of age is Guaranteed a card.
Q: Do I need a Bank Account to get SignatureLife Preferred
Member Prepaid MasterCard?
A: No, you do not — We do not check to see if you
have a checking account and we do not check your credit.
Everyone is accepted to get our SignatureLife Preferred
Member Prepaid MasterCard®.
Q: Can I get additional SignatureLife Preferred Member
Prepaid MasterCard cards for family members?
A: Yes, you can! Each person in your household can get
their very own card with their name on it.
Q: How do I view my card balance and activity?
A: Online in your Members website, with eFunds Mobile
Banking (included free with your Membership), and you
can also call 24/7 for Live Customer Member Support.
Q: Are there any monthly fees or other fees?
A: There is NO monthly fee [SDE – CONFIRM], no
APR (annual percentage rate), or interest charges on your
Card. There are minimal fees for other transaction –

Q: What is the minimum and maximum I can transfer on the
card?
A: There are no minimums. $9,999.99 maximum per card
load.

fundraising groups, and other such groups with large memberships?
